1. Check-In & Check-Out Times
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00), and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability. Guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
2. Cancellation and Prepayment Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on the room type and the rate booked. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation (No-Show) will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay or as dictated by the chosen rate plan.
3. Occupancy and Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for check-in; however, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Room rates are based on standard occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges, and family rooms are available upon request.
4. Prohibited Activities and Events
To ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment for all guests, Hotel Nova Grande strictly prohibits bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud gatherings, and unauthorized events on the premises.
5. Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are strictly not allowed on the hotel premises.
6. Guest Conduct and Liability
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest demonstrating inappropriate behavior without a refund. The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal valuables unless deposited in the secure safe at the 24-hour front desk.
